Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Orbit 3D Launcher: Live Themes (“the app”), published by ByteMaple (“we”, “us”), handles information when you use it. We built the app to work without an account. We do not run our own servers for it.

Summary

• No sign-up, no account and no personal profile.
• We do not collect your name, email, contacts, photos, files or precise location.
• Your progress and settings are stored only on your device.

Information stored on your device

The app saves your game progress, scores, coins and settings (such as sound and difficulty) in the app's private storage on your phone. This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data in Android settings.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with anyone.

Security

Data handled by Google AdMob is encrypted in transit. Data stored on your device is protected by Android's app sandbox.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will help remove it.

Data retention and deletion

We do not hold any of your data on our servers, so there is nothing for us to delete. To remove everything stored by the app, uninstall it or clear its storage in Android settings. To ask Google to delete ad data, use your Google account controls or reset your advertising ID.

Additional information

Installed apps: to show your apps, Orbit 3D Launcher reads the list of apps installed on your phone, their icons, categories and shortcuts. This list never leaves your device.

Notifications (optional): if you allow notification access, the launcher counts notifications per app to show badges and shows a short preview when you hold an app. Notification content is only read on your phone and is never stored or sent anywhere.

Widgets (optional): widgets of other apps that you add are shown by Android's standard widget system; those apps provide their own content.

Weather: if you turn on the weather widget and choose a city, the city name you type is sent to Open-Meteo (open-meteo.com) to find it, and that city's coordinates are sent to get its weather. The launcher never asks for or uses your device location.

Wallpaper and backups: if you choose to, the theme picture is set as your phone wallpaper, and settings backups are saved only to a file you pick on your phone.

Purchase: Orbit 3D Launcher is a one-time paid app. Payment is handled entirely by Google Play; we never see your card or payment details.

No ads and no analytics: Orbit 3D Launcher contains no advertising and no tracking SDKs.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app changes. The new version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
