These terms apply to the games, apps and software published by ByteMaple (“our products”) and to this website. By downloading or using our products you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use our products.
Using our products
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use our products on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute our products, or use them to break any law.
Store terms
If you download a product from an app store such as Google Play, that store's terms also apply. The store, not ByteMaple, handles payments, refunds and downloads.
Ads
Some products show ads provided by third parties such as Google AdMob. Rewards you earn by watching ads (for example continuing a game) have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Multiplayer and fair play
When you play with other people, be respectful. Player names you choose should not be offensive or impersonate someone else.
Intellectual property
Our products, their artwork, music, code and the ByteMaple name and logo belong to ByteMaple or our licensors and are protected by law. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.
Disclaimer
Our products are provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to make them reliable but we do not guarantee they will be error-free or always available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or progress.
Changes and termination
We may update our products and these terms from time to time. We may stop offering a product at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
